What is return for refund?

Return for refund is a unique scheme we runto help reduce the cost of you printing supplies. Many empty HP and Lexmark inkcartridges have a value. This value depends on model, age and consumer demandfor that cartridge. When you buy a ink cartridge from us that has a value wewill send you a return for refund form. Simply fill in this form and send yourempty cartridges back to us for recycling using your old packaging and ourfreepost address and we will refund the value of your empty cartridges back ontoyour credit card or send you cheque.

How much do you charge for postage and packing?

Delivery is FREE throughout the U.K for all orders. We make every effort to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Most orders will be despatched on the same day for orders received before 2pm.

When and how will my goods be delivered?

Most ink cartridges are dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail and are normally delivered next day, but can take up to 3 working days. Toner cartridges, Printers and more bulky items are usually dispatched via courier for next day delivery. Excluding Saturdays.

Are your products covered by a guarantee?

Yes, all of our ink cartridges and toner cartridges are covered by our 'No quibble' Guarantee. This means that any goods found to be defective from normal use will be replaced or refunded.
