Welcome To Our Return For Refund Scheme.
Our Return for Refund scheme is for customers who have purchased Original Printer Cartridges from our site. If you have Empty Original Cartridges but you hav'nt bought them from us, we can still buy them but this is not the scheme for you. Please Contact Us with your list to arrange collection or freepost.
So How does it work? If you have purchased Original Printer Cartridges from us you will receive a Return for Refund Form with your order. All you need to do is fill in the simple to use form and send it back to us using our FREEPOST system (details are on the form). Once we receive your cartridges we then credit the payment card you used to purchase on your last order. If your last order was placed over the phone then we would normally issue you with a cheque.Our bank only allows us to refund your card up to the value of your last order so if you have saved more than that up please Contact Us with your list.
Prices for empty cartridges vary depending what cartridges you have. If you have followed a link from an Original cartridge product page then your cartridges will qualify for this scheme.Check out the value of your inkjet cartridges here.
This scheme does not accept any previously refilled or remanufactured cartridges, Epson Ink Tanks (Ink-tanks are inkjet cartridges that do not have a printhead or copper circuitry attached to the actual cartridge) and Canon Ink Tanks (we do accept Canon cartridges with the printhead attached).
The Return For Refund Scheme only covers Inkjet cartridges.We do not collect empty Laser/Toner cartridges or Imaging drums.We do buy surplus Toner and Inkjet cartridges, even if they are out of date, see Sell Us Your Surplus Stock to learn more or for more information on recycling please visit our Printer Cartridge Recycling section.
